The Band School of Franklin, 2018-2019

The Band School of Franklin, directed by Ms. Nicole Wright, provides students the opportunity to participate in small group instrumental lessons after school, and participate in two full ensemble concerts, one in January and one in May.

GRADE LEVELS:  4th through 8th grade
LESSON DAY:  Tuesdays
LOCATION:  Horace Mann Middle School
DATES:  September 25, 2018 through May 14, 2019
CONCERTS:  January 29, 2019 and May 14, 2019

Beginner I:  For students with no prior playing experience. 45-minutes, $300.
Beginner II:  For students with one year of playing experience. 45-minutes, $300.
Middle School Honor Band:  For 6th, 7th and 8th graders who want more music in addition to the school-day band program.  Students must be enrolled in the school-day program in order to participate in Middle School Honor Band. If you wish to sign-up for the school-day band program, please contact your middle school directly. 60-minutes, $325.

Beginner I, Trumpet/French Horn, 3:30-4:15 pm -OR- 4:30-5:15 pm
Beginner I, Low Brass, 3:30-4:30 pm (baritone, euphonium, trombone, tuba)
Beginner I, Flute, 4:30-5:15 pm
Beginner II, Woodwinds (flute, clarinet, sax, oboe), 4:30-5:15 pm
Beginner II, Brass/Percussion (trumpet, trombone, baritone, French horn, tuba, percussion), 4:30-5:15 pm
Middle School Honor Band, 5:30-6:30 pm
