Hours and Fees

Program Hours:
Before School: Open 7 AM until the start of the school day.
After School: Open from the end of the school day until 6 PM.
Students must be picked up before 6 PM.

Initial Fees:
Registration Fee: $50 per child

Tuition:
Before School Program: $11.70 per child, per morning
After School Program: $25.35 per child, per afternoon
Early Release Program: $48.75 per child, per afternoon
Sibling Discount: 10% discount for each sibling on regular school days

Change of Schedule:
All schedule changes that result in a reduction of schedule will incur a $50.00 schedule change fee.
Reductions in schedule received on or prior to July 16, 2021, will be effective for the first day of school.
Reductions in schedule received after July 16, 2021, will be effective for October 1, 2021; pre-reduction tuition will be due for September on August 20, 2021.
Requests for additional days added to schedules will be accommodated as space permits.
All schedule changes made after school begins must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance and are not guaranteed.
Any drop from the program will also require a 30-day notice. There will be no refund issued for the partial month's payment.

Additional Tuition Payment Information:
 All registrants are required to sign up for autopay. These payments can be set up using a checking account or Visa, MasterCard, or Discover debit or credit card. The first tuition payment will be charged on August 20, 2021.  

All registration fees, deposits, and tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition has been established for the ten (10) month period, August/September through June, and has been divided equally over that time in the tuition schedule. Tuition is calculated by your child's schedule.
