Program Hours:
Before School: Open 7:00 AM until the start of the school day.
After School: Open from the end of the school day until 6:00 PM.
Students must be picked up before 6:00 PM.
Initial Fees:
Registration Fee: $50.00 per child
Deposit: $25.00 per program spot, per child
Tuition:
Before School Program: $12.53 per child, per morning
After School Program: $27.15 per child, per afternoon
Early Release Program: $52.22 per child, per afternoon
Sibling Discount: 10% discount for each sibling on regular school days
Change of Schedule:
*All schedule changes that reduce the schedule will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
*Reductions in schedule received on or prior to August 1, 2023, will be effective for the first day of school.
*Reductions in schedule received after August 1, 2023, will be effective for October 1, 2023; pre-reduction tuition will be due for September on August 20, 2023.
*Requests for additional days added to the schedule will be accommodated as space permits. A $25.00 deposit will be required for each additional spot per child.
*Schedule changes must be submitted by the 15th of each month to be effective for the following month and are not guaranteed.
*Any drop from the program will require a one-month notice. There will be no refund issued for the partial month's payment.

Additional Tuition Payment Information:
*All registrants are required to sign up for autopay. The first tuition payment will be due on August 20, 2023. An invoice containing a link to make the first payment, as well as autopay information, will be sent to the email address used at the time of registration. These payments can be set up using a checking account or Visa, MasterCard, or Discover debit or credit card.
*Deposits will be credited to the last tuition payment which will be charged on May 20, 2024, pending there are no schedule changes that result in a reduction of schedule.

Tuition has been established for the ten (10) month period, August/September through June, and has been divided equally over that time in the tuition schedule. Tuition is calculated from the start date determined at registration through the last full day of the academic school year based on your child's schedule.
